So what IS the Business Ignition Bootcamp, anyway?
Business Ignition Bootcamp is a six-week business strategy training, focusing on the 5 elements that need to be considered for a business to be successful, and how to develop a value proposition in a way that is both hugely desirable to your target audience, and designed so that you can avoid the costly mistakes that sink so many new business owners.
Where did this idea come from?
This is an idea that has been brewing for some time – but the real clincher came from Danny’s heartfelt post about how it was time to stop thinking about doing something this epic – and just go for it – not to mention the tremendous outpouring of support we received for the idea. How is this training different From the Audience Business Masterclass?
The Audience Business Masterclass is the absolute best way we could find to deliver content on the specific topic of building an audience based business. The Business Ignition Bootcamp is not specifically about audience businesses. Of course there is some overlap in a few of the general business principles covered – but the Business Ignition Bootcamp is both more broad, in that it can be applied to a wider range of businesses, and more narrow – in that it doesn’t go into the depth for a specific expected outcome.
Business Ignition Bootcamp isn’t a mini-course, or an extension of something we’ve already done – this is fresh, new and exciting. 🙂
What will the Bootcamp be covering?
The Business Ignition Bootcamp will be covering:
- The five key elements of every business. (And we mean EVERY business)
- How to successfully innovate.
- When to talk about features vs. benefits.
- Tons of case studies and examples.
- How to find proof that your ideas will be successful.
- How to decide where your time needs to be invested to get the best results.
- Actions steps to make it all relevant to your business.
- There’s more of course – and some of the biggest and best benefits of the Bootcamp, just won’t be obvious until you’re in the middle of it. 🙂
What concrete results can I expect to see after having been through the Bootcamp?
At the end of the bootcamp you will be able to look at a business (yours or someone else’s) and pinpoint where the “problem” is that’s keeping it from being successful. You’ll also have the tools you need to fix that problem.
Also, you’ll have a clear and precise action plan for how to get your business on track and super-charged for success.
What is it costing you (Firepole Marketing)?
Plenty.
Between the team’s time, Danny’s time, all of the learning style assessments not to mention forgone revenue – we’re looking at an investment of around $130,000. We’re happy to pay it – we believe that the return from the 200 entrepreneurs we end of working with will add many, many times that amount of value to the world.
What will it cost me (a Bootcamp participant)?
Time, energy, hard work, brain-stretching and community engagement. Just because we’re not charging money for this course, does not mean we’re letting anyone off with a free ride.
We will also expect you to find some way to pay it forward – and provide help to someone else who needs it when you are able to.
Should I apply?
That depends! Are you an entrepreneur who knows what they want out of their business and life but is missing… something.
If you’re passionate about what you do, and willing to accept help and advice to make real changes in not just how you run your business, but how you think about it – then we want you.
Who should NOT apply?
You should not apply to the Business Ignition Bootcamp if:
- You’re looking for a “quick fix” that will dramatically increase your profits, or solve some other immediate problem. This is a deep and sophisticated training for people who want to alter their OVERALL business trajectory.
- You’re looking for another training to add to your library. This is actionable strategic and tactical information that you’ll be actively applying to your business from here on out. No collectors of trainings, please!
- You can’t devote the time. This is a big commitment for us – and we expect it to be for you too.
How much time WILL I need to participate?
You should expect to spent at least 5-10 hours a week for 6 weeks on this training. There are three modules over six weeks, and for each of them you must:
- Consume 30-50 minutes of training content – and understand it.
- Complete significant homework assignments.
- Peer grade your fellow students work.
- Either provide help to your fellow students, or receive it from them.
- Attend a live Q and A call. (June 20th, July 3rd and July 18th at 5pm EST.)
What if I can’t commit that much time?
Then the program isn’t for you.
We’re putting lots of our time, energy and money into this training program, and so we are ONLY accepting students who are willing to put in the hours and do the work consistently. This is not for dabblers, and it is not for people who want to test the waters. This is only for entrepreneurs who are ready willing and able to participate in the process fully. While we understand that not everyone will have this much flexibility in their schedules, because it’s a free training, we can’t accept people we think won’t be able to devote enough of their own time and energy to make it a success.
